The RiverWalk Story
Rivers have always symbolized life. Sometimes the waters are calm, other times the currents rise up with change and crisis.
RiverWalk Leadership Consulting exists to help you navigate change and crisis for good.
Vocation and business have always been hard, but these days it’s a different kind of hard. In today’s global, ambiguous and complex 24-7 marketplace, the margins between a well led change and unexpected crisis are razor thin.
Often times, change and crisis leaves leaders, teams and organizations swimming upstream against a R-I-V-E-R of disappointment and negativity. Leaders are forced to be fortune-telling gladiators who paint by numbers one minute and reality TV hosts navigating drama to keep up with KPIs the next.
So we took our 50 years of combined organizational experience from academic research and thought leadership to bettering some of the world’s most recognizable brands, and launched RiverWalk Leadership Consulting. Our mission is to help others W-A-L-K through change and crisis in ways that can maximize opportunity and goodness.
If we can add value to the work and impact of you, your team or organization, let’s connect and explore what’s possible!
Geoff has been working on building and renewing organizations and systems for over 25 years. This has included restructuring organizations and teams, launching new ventures, coaching leaders, building teams, and developing new initiatives within exiting structures. Helping teams and organizations become more effective is central to his purpose. He has a Bachelor of Psychology, a Master of Divinity, and a Doctor of Ministry with a focus on Organizational health and succession.
Geoff’s contribution is often in taking seemingly unrelated data, and helping people and organizations make sense of it for bottom line implementation and increased results. He can be found coaching emerging leaders and supporting executive level leaders with the shared goal of developing their person and leadership. He brings past experience as a pastor, a professor, and as an organizational leader and developer all to bear in his work in the hopes that you and your organization will be well served for the future.
Geoff and his wife are newly empty nesters who enjoy time with their adult children. He has a love for travel, especially to cultures and places that are vastly different and new.
