The RiverWalk Story
Rivers have always symbolized life. Sometimes the waters are calm, other times the currents rise up with change and crisis.
RiverWalk Leadership Consulting exists to help you navigate change and crisis for good.
In today’s global, ambiguous and complex 24-7 marketplace, the margins between a well led change and successfully navigating an unexpected crisis are razor thin.
Often times, change and crisis leaves leaders, teams and organizations swimming upstream against a river of disappointment and negativity. Leaders are forced to be fortune-telling gladiators who paint by numbers one minute and reality TV hosts navigating drama to keep up with KPIs the next.
So we took our 50 years of combined organizational experience from academic research and thought leadership to bettering some of the world’s most recognizable brands, and launched RiverWalk Leadership Consulting. Our mission is to help others walk through change and crisis in ways that can maximize opportunity and goodness.
If we can add value to the work and impact of you, your team or organization, let’s connect and explore what’s possible!
