Why We Care
With 30+ years of executive ministry experiences across various denominations leading and planting churches as well as running NPO’s, our co-founders know first-hand that leading a Jesus-centered organization has always been hard.
But these days, it’s a different kind of hard.
Staffing is more constrained, succession is more complex, programs are more regulated with a shorter window for relevance and impact, and theological agreement is more ambiguous and elusive than ever before.
At the same time, leaders of Jesus-centered organizations are lonelier and more isolated than ever. Research from the Barna group gives us these numbers:

Three Next Steps You Can Explore…
Individual Coaching ($1,000)
Four, 30 minute coaching sessions with a ministry-experienced team member from RiverWalk to increase leadership clarity and effectiveness.
Team Coaching ($2,500)
For one to three months, a ministry-veteran from RiverWalk will use a coaching approach to help leaders and their team(s) identify key obstacles that need to change for short-term increase in impact.
Health and (Re)Visioning ($9,500)
Far more comprehensive, this process involves coaching of key leaders, listening sessions, a comprehensive report of findings, and developing a clear path to mission maturity. Up to 6 months if/as needed.
